We give you one point of contact, your “Personal Property Manager”, who has full knowledge of all matters relating to your property.
We communicate with U
You can contact us seven days a week – either by email or telephone. If you have left a message for your Personal Property Manager and they are unable to be contacted, your call will be returned within three business hours. Email messages will be returned within one business day.
We locate and qualify tenants for U
Your Personal Property Manager will search tirelessly for the right tenant and extensively screen them for compatibility.
We provide regular letting updates to U
Your Personal Property Manager will communicate with you at least twice a week while your property is available to lease (unless you instruct otherwise).
We supply professional lease documents for U
Only experienced property managers will undertake the preparation of your lease documents. We do not leave this to office juniors or to the receptionist.
We manage property maintenance for U
We will not carry out any maintenance to your property without your knowledge and consent (unless the repair is legally defined as “urgent”).
We complete six monthly property inspections for U
We will carry out regular inspections twice yearly and provide you with a full comprehensive report.
We manage the collection of rent for U
We will use the most efficient systems available for rent collection. In the event that your tenant ever fails to pay the rent on time, we will pursue the rent arrears with the maximum speed the law will allow.
We transfer rent monies for U
We will deposit your rent monies into your nominated bank account within 2 working days on our monthly close off date.
We organise payment of property outgoings for U
All agreed property outgoings will be paid on your behalf prior to the due date (subject to the availability of funds).
We effectively uphold privacy laws for U
All personal information will be held in the strictest confidence and will not be released to a third party without written authorisation.

The highest standards of honesty, integrity and professional practice will be conducted in compliance with the Code of Conduct of the Real Estate Institute of Australia.

If we fail to meet any of these standards, the next 3 month’s management of your property will be provided to you “FREE” of charge.
