Elona is a Fully Licensed Real Estate Agent with real estate experience since 2000. Award Winning from year one – Elona was nominated and won the prestigious Real Estate Institute Awards for Excellence in NSW in the Property Management Rookie Award within the first 18 months of her career.

Elona is service driven and believes there is more to property management than just collecting the rent. Elona found that in dealing with various real estate agents with her own investment properties, there was clearly a lack of service - particularly in communication between property managers and their clients.

Elona’s personal mission is to turn this around for all clients of Upward Property Management. Elona has worked from the ground up - moving from receptionist through property management into sales and then stepped out to open Upward Property Management and become owner and Licensee-in-charge.

In 2010, Tara Brumby commenced at Upward. Tara came from a highly experienced team at a large franchise Real Estate Agency on the Northern Beaches, where she began her career in 2007. She has learnt exceptionally high organisational skills and the ability to communicate with people on all levels with a personal, friendly nature.

Tara prides herself on her ability to provide exceptional customer service, follow up and attention to detail. She takes initiative on all levels by studying the current market rentals around Sydney and always aims at achieving top market rent for her clients. She takes a professional yet personal approach when liaising with client enquiries, tenants and landlords. Tara’s aim is to make the leasing and agreement between Landlord and Tenant Hassle Free and every management is important to her!
